By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any course or digital product from MidHub Illustration Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy where applicable.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase courses. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MidHub Illustration Academy.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
  • Do not share login access with others unless a product explicitly permits multi-user licensing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our reasonable security requirements.

3. Payments and Access

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Access to paid content is granted after successful payment confirmation. Taxes may apply depending on your location and local tax rules.

Access model

  • Some products may be one-time purchases; others may be subscription-based if explicitly described at checkout.
  • We may update content over time; access includes updates unless a product description specifies otherwise.
  • We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing issue, contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension and revocation of access, consistent with applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and course materials responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Sharing, reposting, reselling, or publicly distributing course videos, downloads, or lesson materials without written permission.
  • Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, authentication systems, or content protection mechanisms.
  • Using scraping, automated tools, or reverse engineering to extract protected content beyond what is reasonably necessary to use the service.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and moral rights.
  • Uploading malware, conducting security attacks, or interfering with platform availability.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other learners in any community area.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations. We may also cooperate with lawful requests by authorities where required.

5. Refunds

Refunds are eligible within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. To request a refund, contact support and include your purchase email and the course name.

We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or evidence of prohibited sharing or access circumvention.

6. Disclaimers

The website and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
