You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Access to paid content is granted after successful payment confirmation. Taxes may apply depending on your location and local tax rules.

Access model

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing issue, contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension and revocation of access, consistent with applicable law.

You agree to use the website and course materials responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing, reposting, reselling, or publicly distributing course videos, downloads, or lesson materials without written permission.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations. We may also cooperate with lawful requests by authorities where required.

Refunds are eligible within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed. To request a refund, contact support and include your purchase email and the course name.

The website and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, income, employment, or results. Your progress depends on many factors including prior experience, time invested, and consistent practice.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, though we take reasonable measures to maintain reliability and security.

To the extent permitted by law, MidHub Illustration Academy and its instructors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the course or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or product at issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
