How long do I have access to a course?
Lifetime access to purchased courses, including future updates. If we add new lessons, refine downloads, or improve examples, your access stays active.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, completion certificates are issued for all courses. They’re designed to be clean and shareable for portfolios and LinkedIn.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds within 14 days if less than 20% progress. Contact support for assistance and include your order email so we can help quickly.
Which tools do you teach?
Principles first, tool-agnostic. We reference Procreate, Photoshop, and Krita where helpful, and focus on transferable workflows (values, edges, color, composition).
Is the content global-friendly?
Yes. All content is in clear English, time-zone neutral, and built for international learners. Lessons are structured so you can follow at your pace.
Which payment methods are supported?
